Leadership
Kevin Zhou oversees UniFab's engineering architecture and infrastructure. Product Team
Konor (Community nickname Konor-Xu) is responsible for UniFab's product operations, user community management, and cross-team product coordination. He focuses on improving product workflows, collecting user feedback, optimizing feature communication, and maintaining long-term relationships with creator communities and power users. He also contributes to portions of UniFab's website experience and desktop client interface design, helping bridge product strategy with real user behavior. Outside work, he enjoys photography and often researches AI-assisted creative tools and digital creator trends.
Ethan (Community nickname Ctrl+Y) leads product strategy and feature planning at UniFab. He focuses on aligning AI capabilities with creator workflows and improving usability across desktop and cloud-based enhancement products. He regularly researches creator economy trends and has attended multiple AI creator and digital media exhibitions in Shanghai and Tokyo.
Joshon (Community nickname Ctrl+Z) specializes in video quality optimization, including frame enhancement, artifact reduction, and color correction. He works closely with the AI and QA teams to refine enhancement workflows. He is also a movie enthusiast with a personal collection of restored classic films and enjoys studying color grading styles from different film eras.
R&D
UniFab's Development Team consists of over 20 engineers specializing in desktop applications, backend infrastructure, frontend systems, and multimedia engine development. The team includes Mac client engineers, web developers, UI/UX designers, and AI infrastructure specialists working collaboratively across product and engineering workflows. Several members have backgrounds in creator tools, multimedia software, and interactive experience design. Responsible for UniFab's desktop client development, Apple Silicon optimization, website engineering, cloud task systems, UI/UX implementation, multimedia framework integration, and global user experience optimization. The team also supports AI feature deployment and product performance improvements across Windows and macOS platforms.
UniFab's Romania Algorithm Team consists of more than 15 AI researchers and algorithm engineers focusing on advanced video restoration and enhancement technologies. The team collaborates closely with UniFab's engineering department on AI model training, visual quality evaluation, and inference optimization. Several members actively participate in European AI imaging workshops and multimedia research conferences, with strong interests in computational photography and digital cinema technologies. Responsible for AI video restoration research, frame interpolation, denoising, HDR enhancement, detail reconstruction, motion estimation, and AI model optimization for large-scale enhancement workflows.
