1. Single-Computer License

A Single-Computer License is allowed for using on only one computer. However, there are circumstances when you might need to use UniFab on two or more computers. To address this matter, we offer you the option to buy Multi-Computer License that contains multiple authorizations to authorize your UniFab on multiple computers.

- To buy Multi-Computer License, please log into UniFab Member Center.
- The validity of the Multi-Computer License stays same as the validity of your original license;
- A new computer can be authorized anytime via UniFab client, and conversely, an authorized computer can also be deauthorized anytime.
- If you need to deauthorize a computer that you can no longer access, you need to deauthorize all computers at UniFab Member Center. However, you can only do that once per year.
- When buying Multi-Computer License, be clear which platform you want to buy for. You cannot buy Multi-Computer License for macOS if your original license is for Windows platform, vice versa.
 

2. Multi-User License: Volume discount! ( 10% - 90% )

A Multi-User License provides an inexpensive way for home, businesses, schools, universities or other work groups to supply their personnel with our software in a cost efficient manner.

3. About License Validity

Your license validity shall start from the date your order is placed, regardless of your product is actually activated or not.

4. Refund Policy

All our products are sold as "try-before-you-buy" software. You can try them 30 days for free, so you have enough time to verify the program's functionality.

UniFab provides a 7-day money-back guarantee for monthly subscription plans, and a 14-day money-back guarantee for yearly subscription plans and lifetime plans. Please note that refunds will only be granted under certain specific conditions.

Accepted Cases:

We accept refunds or exchanges in these cases:

  • Accidental Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product more than once, you can receive a refund for the duplicate product.
  • Wrong Product Purchase: If you purchased the wrong product and subsequently purchased the correct product within the refund period, the wrong purchase is eligible for a refund.
  • Technical Issues: If the purchased product is unusable due to technical issues, and you contacted our support team but the problem wasn't resolved within the refund period, you are eligible for a refund.
  • Subscription Billing Errors: For subscription plans, if you canceled your subscription before the renewal date but were still charged, you are eligible for a refund of the erroneous charge.

Unaccepted Cases:

We do not accept refund requests or products exchange in the following cases:

  • Change of Mind: Refunds are not available if you change your mind after purchase.
  • Expired Refund Period: Refunds are not granted if the purchase (including renewals) is beyond the refund period.
  • Wrong Product Purchase Without Correct Purchase: Refunds are not granted if you purchased the wrong product and did not buy the correct product within the refund period.
  • Product Misunderstanding: Refunds are not available if you did not read the product description and daily limits carefully, or did not try the product before purchase, resulting in dissatisfaction with its functionality or compatibility.
  • Subscription Renewal Claims: Refunds are not granted if you claim you did not make the purchase but the order is an automatic renewal.
  • Regional Price Differences: Refunds are not granted based on price differences between different regions and suppliers.
  • Unresolved Issues Due to Lack of Cooperation: Refunds are not granted if the product becomes unusable due to issues that arise from your refusal to provide necessary information or cooperate with our technical support team.
