You can access all Fab brand cloud features directly in your browser or through desktop products such as UniFab, BookFab, and DVDFab, which also include selected cloud functions. Because cloud processing requires high-performance servers, we offer flexible FabCloud Credits plans. Choose the plan that suits your needs and use credits for all cloud processing features on both web and desktop. For details on credit usage, please refer to the Credits Consumption Rules above.

• Cloud Mode: All tasks are processed entirely in the cloud, with no local processing required. This mode consumes the highest number of credits. Cloud mode is available on both the web and desktop versions.
• Local+Cloud Mode: Certain tasks are handled locally, while AI-related tasks are processed in the cloud. This mode requires a valid license for the corresponding desktop feature. Credit consumption is significantly lower than in full Cloud mode. Additionally, when you purchase a desktop feature license or an AIO license, you will receive a certain amount of credits for free.
• Local Mode: This is the traditional local processing mode. All tasks are performed entirely on your computer, and no credits are required.

Monthly and yearly plans differ only in billing cycle.

Pay-as-you-go：One-time purchase, no auto-renewal. Credits are valid for 1 year and can be bought anytime.

Credit Usage：credits are used based on earliest expiration first.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your credits for the current month will remain available, but you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and credit renewal will stop. You can manage your subscription in the “My Subscription” section of your account. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Refunds will be issued based on the remaining balance of your unused credits.

If you run out of credits during your subscription, you can buy Pay-as-you-go. Different plans can coexist within their valid periods — credits from the Pay-as-you-go will be used first, followed by your subscription credits. If you need more credits, please contact us.

Note: All credit packages have an expiration period. Please make sure to use your credits before they expire.
