You can choose the plan that fits your needs, and use your credits for all cloud processing features on both the browser and desktop. Pay-as-you-go: Perfect for trying out the features. It’s a one-time purchase with no auto-renewal. Credits are valid for 6 months.
Monthly Plan: Auto-renews every month. Credits are added to your account each month and expire monthly, so be sure to use them in time.
Yearly Plan: Auto-renews annually. Credits are renewed to your account every month and expire monthly.
Extended Credits: Available only for subscribers. You can purchase extra credits at a discounted rate. Valid for 6 months.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, your credits for the current month will remain available, but you will not be charged for the next billing cycle, and credit renewal will stop. You can manage your subscription in the “My Subscription” section of your account. If you have any questions, please contact us.

Refund Policy: We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. Refunds will be issued based on the remaining balance of your unused credits.

If you run out of credits during your subscription, you can purchase an Extended Credits package, which offers discounted add-on credits for subscribers. You can also buy Pay-as-you-go. Different plans can coexist within their valid periods — credits from the Extended Credits package will be used first, followed by Pay-as-you-go credits, and finally your subscription credits.
